Small clitoris?

Got buzzed very closely by a Porsche today 100 yards before some lights. I caught him up and hoped to be able to tell him what a small dick he had. Trouble is, he was a she, so I amended it slightly and shouted to her that she had a small clitoris.
The lights went green, she floored it and a second later was breaking the speed limit, so I was unable to gauge the effect my remark had.
Would she have construed it to be an insult?
