Smallest frames, still taking 700c wheels

hi,

My mates got his son a boardman that's only 43cm frame, where can I look to find small framesets like that or smaller?

I've got most of the spare parts to build another bike for my son but need a frameset that will fit him and the wheels.

Planet X have a £50 frame but it takes 26" wheels...

Halfords sells a 42cm Pinarello which one of his clubmates has.
