The arm strap was one of the things that attracted me to it.

Show cars theres some width to what they're passing, gets the light higher.

Also If I should be knocked off, its not just the bike thats lit up
 
You could always improvise one. A bit of heavy duty elastic and some velcro would do it. I bet the 'official' one would be no more hi-tech than that.

Hi Chuffy,

I can always 'knock one up'. In fact I've got an old toe clip strap that'd probably do the job.

I guess its the lack of response to 2 emails over 3 days thats just starting to wind me up now.

The idea of posting on here was basically to ascertain whether the strap was a usual accessory with the product.

Oh well, as I said, I’m happy with the light just not happy with the, non existent, customer service. I sent them another, but less friendly email first thing today. Directed it to ‘The manager’.

15:00, no response again.

Definitely starting to p*ss me off.

Lets see if I get a response when they’re contacted by ‘Consumer Direct’?

Complaint went in 10mins ago. Seems petty for a £13 light, but customer service is customer service whether it’s a £13 light or a £3k bike.
