Oh well, as I said, I’m happy with the light just not happy with the, non existent, customer service. I sent them another, but less friendly email first thing today. Directed it to ‘The manager’.

Definitely starting to p*ss me off.
Lets see if I get a response when they’re contacted by ‘Consumer Direct’?
Complaint went in 10mins ago. Seems petty for a £13 light, but customer service is customer service whether it’s a £13 light or a £3k bike.
