It seems this video has attracted the usual suspects on youtube!

I was just about to say, the thread is pretty entertaining in itself!

This kind of incident has happened to me a couple of times, one of which was an incredibly narrow escape that really put the wind up me. I was about to go over to the car and yell blue murder but it was a REALLY old couple and I just couldn't do it...

By the way Monsieur Maggers, you have a sexy accent
I have to say, I was initially struck by the speed of filtering through the moving traffic. Felt risky to me...faster than I would do it. Nothing to do with the actual incident itself, but...
The traffic was stationary during the lane-splitting (only at the end when he wisely rejoined the nearside lane was it moving) - if he was travelling at that kind of speed between two moving lanes for the clip in question, he'd get swiped sooner rather than later. That said, I'd have been going a bit slower than Magnatom in those conditions.

I disagree with the label for her. She was looking, but it was for vehicles, not cyclists!
I am always super-vigilant myself in that situation when driving, as I was knocked off my bike years ago in a similar situation.
You really do need to get a bit more bass in your voice though! Have you ever tried doing a Mr T impression? I can just hear it, "Hey fool! Why don' 'choo look wher your'e goin'?!"
