Because this threads title is "Snapped spindle", and 20 grammes extra spindle weight makes 29% better withstanding torsion force / twisting or stressed less, which may bring the deformation/stress under the spindles endurance limit, that is, no metal fatigue, that is, no topic "Snapped spindle"... ever.
The Spindle keeps on Spinning, which Shimano Salesmen Might Not Like. ;)

Have you ever tried to get hired by Shimano?
Certainly they will appreciate your application - finally there is someone who can tell them how to construct spindles.
Probably knowledge of hammer and chisel works in bicycle mechanics will be welcome.

This isn't about who blames who, this is about Shimano making their Light Religion for Cheating in Races the Standard for Every Body.

20 grammes more into the spindles wall would make it 29% better withstanding the torsion force from the left side. The "Angle of twist" is that % lower = less deformation.

... if that 29% less deformation would bring it under the endurance limit of the steel wall of the spindle, metal fatigue would not occur, no crack initiation, and ofc also not growing until Shimano Spindle Snap Story Day.

This thread is about a Shimano Spindle section of their Hollowtech2 crankset that broke due to torsion, and my earlier post today https://www.cyclechat.net/threads/snapped-spindle.309571/post-7602829 (again) outlined what Shimano could have done to make it never happen.

Also, my post https://www.cyclechat.net/threads/snapped-spindle.309571/post-7602472 outlined, citing the given source, that Shimano combines cheap forging technique, given cause for crank falling apart, with 7-8 higher price per unit material than Japans Rays rims just some minutes car driving away from Shimano's headquarters.

Why: to address the problem of this topic with a cause and a solution, OFC.
Since ignoring them or whining about them doesn't solve problems, OFC.
So, your so-called repeated question here, has been given these Captain Very Obvious answers about a GaZillion times by now.

You're the one off-topic lad.

You, with you're nearly toothless drivetrain. Badly loaded bike(s), where the frames have failed, claim to know better than trained designers. I doubt that very much.
