That is a great picture.

Looking at XCweather for the current temperatures, there's still parts of Western Ireland that are above freezing.

Just seen the beeb news scaring people with this pic. They conveniently missed off Europe, who are getting it as 'bad' as us.

It's just possible that Europe exists as a geographical entity with or without the EU!

As the radio news reported, in a past era, "Fog in the channel, continent cut off".

If it gets much colder the channel tunnel will be redundant - we'll be able to skate across.
