Snow belt cyclist

Here in the US, Nebraska to be specific, the three really rotten cold months are over with. Starting here in March we will get a few day that I can ride, and it will ramp up from here. Im kind of a wuss, and it has to be 60F before I want to ride.

It's got to be at least zero degrees centigrade (32F) before I ride. The wind chill factor is probably less in cities.
