Suggest you edit the title to include the word 'tandem' even if strictly inaccurate - it'll be far more likely to come up in people's searches. In fact I'd probably use as a title something like

Four seater tandem charity ride bike - vintage Flying Gate

Your title will be great for people searching for Trevor Jarvis or Flying Gate, but that'll be a vanishingly tiny demographic. This hits several other rather more likely search terms...

It is a tandem. A tandem can have any number of riders as long as they are in line behind each other. You can use a qualifier to show the number of riders above two: triplet, quad, quint, etc.
