The above list is pretty much what was coming through the gates of the recycling yard I worked for as my first full-time job (many, many moons ago):

Marina's, Toledo's, Simca, Datsun, Opel (still the European name for Vauxhall isn't it?) Manta's, Lancia's (4WD rally cars along with the Quattro's), Mini Cooper S ... and then, behold, the legendary Sierra Cosworth RS500!!!

And they 'ad nowt in them days - no air-con, power steering, central locking, electronic doo-dah's under the bonnet. Kids today, they don't know they're born ...

Renault 17
Renault 12 Gordini (because you couldn't make it up)
Renault 8 Gordini

Citroen Ami 6 (that it was even drawn on a piece of paper is a miracle. I smile every time I see one).
Citroen 2cv (first disc-brake model)
Citroen GS (first series)
Citroen ID/DS (most models)

1963 Ford Corsair

Volvo 164. Forgotten bruiser. Lots of weight, little power, but something like grace.

1950s/60s Humber Super Snipe

All the Land Crabs ever made... gloriously, illogically English.

Peugeot 204/304 Cabriolets.
Peugeot 404/504 Cabriolets

Opel Manta (Series 1)

Sorry, I don't want to fill the Internets right up, but there is a rich seam of motoring beauty and nostalgia here....
