I used to do a lot of sea fishing in Scotland but down here (Norfolk Coast) I find it a bit of a chore standing out on a beach catching only small fish.

Any of it off boats by any chance? There's a few of us from novice to a bit more experienced who fancy spending a few hours trying to catch our tea and any recommendations or advice would be very much appreciated. The only bit of info I've been give so far is that there's often a decent swell off Dunbar. Which might not always be welcome, apparently.

Sorry mate on the West Coast on Lewis fishing off the top of the cliffs or down at Port of Ness for Mackerel.. Boat fishing does give better returns I have caught a tope 4ft long in the 'Wash' in a boat only 18ft long. It was measured and released. Caught on a mackeral flapper.

Weight lifting is my main hobby, photography and cycling come a close second.

I'm in no means a bodybuilder, but I lift 4 times per week, diet very clean and enjoy being 210lbs at around 10% bf. Although I am dieting at the moment, and aiming for 8%. I've always naturally been very lean, so never tried to 'cut', as I've always wanted to gain size, but I am liking how this diet is going.

I love to read when I get the time, and I am teaching myself French which I love. Loads to keep myself occupied!

Fell walking for me, although I don't get to do it as much as i would like.
