What have i ever done to upset the cycling fairy.Did i break a mirror,knock over the salt,kick a cat.I was going out this morning,a good ride to Easingwold,near York.But no i have the start of a sore throat,nose is dripping like a tap and i am sneezing.Sod it.It's going to be a half decent day according to the forecast.Ah well try again on wednesday,i am busy till then.The rest of you i hope you have a nice few rides.Keep away from me.

I had this last week, then it went away, but this morning it seems to have come back, throat isn't swollen this time though, hope you feel better soon

It's been 4 days for me so far. Coughing, runny nose, sneezing & headache. I have been out twice on the bike, but it wasn't pretty.
