Gosh. I'm so hoping I'll be ready for long-distance in time for the October FNRttC. I was hoping to marshal on the September ride but Cathy (my stoker) is getting married on 4 September and I have to be there earlier than I thought to set up space for my singing at the reception.

I miss the rides so much it's actually a bit sad and pathetic

Oh and the wrist is healing slowly. I'm able to do a bit of Boris biking as it's sit up and beg, but I'm so unfit it's unreal.
