Driving in this morning, I went past a cyclist I'd not seen before.
No lighting apparent from behind.
Got closer to him and detected a small flash of red light.
Turns out, he's got a decent red light mounted on his seat post - but below his seatpost-mounted mudguard!
He also had an enormous black rucksack completely covering his high-viz vest as well...
