Set up a "site block" then to Youtube on "content not safe" then they'll have to use their own devices (might P*ss off some of the staff who are doing the same thing)

Tried that but it blocks out too much legitimate stuff

We're getting a new firewall soon that apparently will allow is to do more granular blocking so will be able to just block out the music category and can tie it in to specific groups or users from AD

I've met more aspiring smart arses than you can shake a stick at in thirty years of teaching. I've yet to see one of them get the grades that they were capable of - all of them got the grades that they deserved.
