Not good. Just been fired from my job as the new boss, to quote "did not want anyone with a weird disability in the office as he would not know what to expect" (meaning my ADHD)

Just also spent an hour on the phone to a lawyer.

That is terrible and surely illegal: have you tried informing his boss of the reasons for your dismissal?

just finished mine with a 12 mile blast on the bike. feeling so refreshed!

Finished at 3 am, we do an early start on a friday and cycled 10 miles home in freezing fog , scarey on the back roads down hill as the roads were getting dicey with icy patches in places.

if you disregard my 20% vision in one eye, my aching metal plate in my jaw, my painful left shoulder, my hernia and the fact that i'm dithering in this damp cold weather then i'm fine thank you!

Was a bit nippy in the early hours, probably slightly warmer here as it's a fairly urban commute though.
