Open Office, but it will only draw it, not create the algorithm that's what you pay big bucks to developers for

What do you mean by the algorithm? I think I misunderstood what you wanted.

You could do it in html

Just number each box, so the initial question that is not on your diagram is 1, Simple Task, In a Hurry & Flowchart are 2, 3 & 4 then just continue to the end, that should keep the more organised, but I can see you ending up in an infinite loop
