I wonder if that would fit my Dawes. Given the angle of the bracket (the bit pointing upwards) do you need a lot of visible seat post? I imagine if you don't have the bag itself would be too low & hit the wheel/mudguard.
The clamp stays on the seat post and the bag, with the frame support, clips onto it with the bag frame holding it upwards. It doesn't need much post showing and it should be above the mudguard.
