With the American classics, do they come with the brake pads?
And are they clincher tyres?
Got a mate that might be interested

They're clinchers and don't come with brake pads but can include some new ones. The brake tracks are aluminium rather than carbon.

The wheels came on my son's TT bike but he'd already got a disc rear/deep section front.

Well done. Transition to disc brake wheels is a nettle that's unpleasant to grasp, but made less so by a team-provided bike. (National 100 miles for daughter next month.)

Thanks and your daughter has a nice TT bike. Best wishes to her.

Son no. 2's getting a team bike as well - not quite as nice - which is the reason for disc wheels. Some more to follow when I can get into the far reaches of the shed.
