Mr Mole has recently decided to make an appearance, principally in my neighbour's garden, but also in mine. So if one of you gun toting CCers would like to come to my house and target practice Mr Mole, I am sure I can supply coffee and cake.Soft options such as vibrations and electronic pulses preferred by my neighbour's wife don't seem to have worked.
I suspect if Mr Mole finds his way to my neighbours newly laid rear lawn, mole catchers will be brought in and irrespective of his wife's views, my neighbour will expect to see the pelts on the fence.
Eucalyptus oil down one of his new holes, worked for us.

When I lived in Australia they used to gas the rabbits in their burrows. They shot Kangaroos because of the crop damage they caused. The meat wasn't eaten much then (back in the 70's and 80's) I suspect it was sold to pet food industry. Now it is eaten and for many a better alternative to beef as cows produce far more methane.

I still don't think there's proof of that. Only got the gravedigger's word for that...I think his name was Hare and he's from Edinburgh

I went to see the cemetery chap today. He told me that someone HAD been in shooting the rabbits. He also told me someone "a bit agitated and angry sounding" had raised concerns about his relatives grave saying the rabbits had been eating the flowers and that he was going to "put a stop to it" I assume this angry man is the loonoid with the gun. Any idea which grave he's on about i asked. That one over there(pointing it out)replied the cemetery chap..

If you knew people who worked at the Ford plant you could get virtually any part you wanted. Whole engines found their way out in the backs of vans.
