Inevitably, one or two bits of shot would slip through.

We once had a very affluent and well known (but difficult) individual for a Barium Meal

Half way through the radiologist asked whether they preferred Pheasant or Rabbit

Patient was really impressed that the radiologist could recognise a meal eaten a couple of weeks ago ... their attitude changed and they went away really happy

Trick was that anyone who eats this type of meat is likely to come acrosss lead shot, which if it does not break your teeth can lodge in the wall of the bowel

I control bunnies on a local dairy farm, and they all get eaten. Ultimate free-range accountable/ethical meat !

Mostly I do a bunny rogan josh, or sag bunny, or bunny tikka masala, but my son especially likes a good pie.

Laziness/squeamishness about the need to control bunnies led to the creation, in a laboratory, by humankind, of myxymatosis. I know which method of control is the more humane.

Mr Mole has recently decided to make an appearance, principally in my neighbour's garden, but also in mine. So if one of you gun toting CCers would like to come to my house and target practice Mr Mole, I am sure I can supply coffee and cake. Soft options such as vibrations and electronic pulses preferred by my neighbour's wife don't seem to have worked.

I suspect if Mr Mole finds his way to my neighbours newly laid rear lawn, mole catchers will be brought in and irrespective of his wife's views, my neighbour will expect to see the pelts on the fence.

Yep, the fathers of my mums friends went to prison for doing just that. My granddad once smuggled out a radiator bottom hose by hiding it down his trouser leg. He admitted that this may have been a mistake...

I am confused.The only air rifle i have ever shot was at a fairground.One pellet at a time.This person nabs 30,in one sitting.Changing one pellet at a time.How come the rabbits did not do a runner.

Could of been more than one shooting?
I used to have a Daystate air rifle which was charged to 3000llb psi from a divers air bottle, very quiet if you fitted a silencer.
All you need is the wind blowing towards you etc.

I'm baffled how the OP knows about all 30.. Responsible pest control would remove the evidence. It is quite possible to bop 30 in a few hours if they are not used to being under threat. My first walk round a farmer's back yard with single-shot air rifle in daylight yielded 8 in 20 mins. Sit tight quietly & they come out again. Shooting after dark is the most fruitful, with a small lamp or night vision sight. I expect that is what happened if someone genuinely did get 30.

You can get air rifles with a ten shot (And possibly larger) magazine. Pre charged with air you can just blast away one pellet after the other.

The fair ground guns were low powered glorified toys.
