It will be revoked. Chelsea are now one of the big clubs with a massive TV draw. You can bet your bottom dollar Chelsea's Lawyers are already on to it. As with the Swiss case it will be frozen and then probably actioned as a suspended. FIFA & Uefa haven't the bottle to ultimately carry this through spineless bunch of twits. They are opening up a massive can of worms that they can't really afford to do.

I'll bet Blatter and his puppet, Platini are rubbing their hands in glee; first Arsenal and now Chelsea! They've really got it in for the Premiership teams and we should expect more of this in the future. Having said all that, if UEFA are consistent in this and apply it sensibly and appropriately, then it's got to be good for football as a whole. UEFA are not renowned for sense, consistentcy and appropriateness though so I doubt it. Also, Chelsea will be massively affected by this if it is allowed to stand. They lose players for the Afrcan nations cup in Dec/Jan AND it's a world cup year so their players will be very tired, some injured and some just blitzed by the time next season rolls around and they won't be allowed to strengthen the team.
