Some really helpful eating advice for Xmas period

Ha ha. I overeat all the time so my body is well prepared. Luckily I burn it all off and can't gain weight no matter how hard I try

Plenty of good advice in that link, but it's never done me any good.

Well my plan this year has been to contract winter vomiting virus, and not eat anything for 2 days, thereby banking about 3000 calories allowing for inactivity.

If I was in my 20's or 30's would you say it will catch up with me in my 40's or are you going to suggest it will hit me in my 50's......

I could shovel horrendous amounts of food down in my 20's and not put weight on, coming up 40 it's a different sory now.

Saying that Christmas dinner was a big one, just managed my last mouthful of steak, don't think I could have managed another sprout..

Generally, people in their 40's gain weight easily.. Just sayin'
