Please tell me I cant really afford it.........Just been looking at a Dura Ace DiII install on youtube, and I have noticed my Virago frame is pre drilled for the battery to be attached under the downtube, the FC7900 chainset is on its way but the DiII components look very sweet and the setting up looks easier than indexing mechanical gears........oh god, do I or dont I:wacko:

Get a Rohloff hub and all your derrailleur worries will be banished forever.

Haha..no, I am getting DA one way or another:laugh:
If it were me I'd stick to Ultegra and save ££££'s

I don't know about DI2/UI2, but current mechanical DA is not worth the price leap over Ultegra IME.

My best bike is full DA7900, and TBH it's not a patch on the 2006 Trek Madone I had with full DA7800, that was sublime, the 7900 in comparison feels clunky IME.

When I need to replace any DA parts I'll be replacing them with Ultegra, I certainly won't be splashing DA money, it's just not worth it.

I di dread that particular brand of DA was a bit poor, the new 11 speed DA has apparantly sorted out all the issues.
