To day me and Ms ozboz went for a 20 miler , part picnic , part to the Green for me to try TRX fitness bands , and other to go and see to her Horse ,so packed the rucksack , put it all in that was deemed to be needed , I id say at a guess 25 kg, so off I went and she was to catch me up on Sandecombe Rd , she did , went flying past , no wonder , There she is with her .5 kg totty bag and me the pack horse !!
