a quick hose down and wash and things are looking OK, but it will never be true "virgin clean" ever again :sad:

If only there were some product, or accessory, that would wrap partially around the wheel, to form a barrier that would stop mud & nasties going all over your bike and drivetrain...

the last thing i was worried about was what bloody gear it was in :sad:

i think you guys are talking about those "mudguards" things. :whistle: yeah, i need to get some for it. that or use my other bike :unsure:

i didn't think it was going to be that muddy today. bloody farmers fault, covering the road in muck :angry:

Oh I see. You mean the paint fading on the top tube and it no longer matches the rest of the bike. :biggrin:


paint fading on a 3 month old bike ??? better not !!!!

no, the bloody great chip where i dropped an Allen key on it :sad: OK it's only about 2mm round but thats big enough, and right where i can see it :cry:

dropping an allen key - schoolboy mistake - loads of people do that!

I'd be more concerned by the fact that the bike looks too small for you from the height of the saddle

bike is perfect fit. the reach of the frame is more important than saddle height in relation to frame.

the next size up was to stretched for me.

im very comfortable on this bike, more than any other i've owned, surely thats what matters ???
