Something like Visio but free

Does anyone know of an application similar to MS Visio bit free please?

Needs to install on either MS Windows x64 or work on Android Lollipop, ideally the former please.

Thanks, I'll have a peep at that. I only need it for planning out room layouts and sizes to scale.

We are trying to decide if we want a house that is smaller but with character or larger and without... We think we know which but just wanted the floor plans and potential changes to confirm...

I used to use dia for diagrams with boxes and circles and lines and that kind of thing. Now I draw the diagrams by hand in felt tip and photograph them with my phone, but I can get away with that because I'm tech not management http://dia-installer.de/

does that do measured distances? I actually want to draw of the sitting rooms to the same scale to compare the sizes visually? Same with the kitchens (including their current and potential layouts) etc...

I was after something that people had personal experience of rather than a random search and download tbh of something that might not be what it states it is and may not actually meet my requirements.
Do you have any experience of either of those please?

I use Sketchup at work for planning room layouts etc. Find it quite good and easy to get to grips with.

Experience of a few online tools, we used one to plan our kitchen. Generally far more intuitive than using Visio and Autocad for quick and simple room layout and planning.

I forgot about Sketchup, that was a great app last time I used it.
