Nah, it was gravy. Varying quality, with one portion in each set clearly the el-cheapo ringer against which to compare the rest. I had to mark them on colour, taste, texture etc.

Afterwards, I didn't feel the need to eat gravy for a while.

I'd just be too scared of doing something dangerous that depends on some string, a bit of elastic or a bit of cloth that makes the difference between life and death. I can imagine what it would be like without having to risk death to experience it.

I have done a bungee jump, once, and it was aces. I was obviously very nervous at first but it was very strange waiting for our turn watching other people jump... it very quickly turned to "normal" behaviour and the fear dissipated.

There is very little I won't do at least once, except the obvious illegal, downright morally abhorrent stuff. There are certain foodstuffs which I wouldn't want to go near though. Oysters, eyeballs, testicles, that kind of thing. I just don't think it would stay down.
