I remember my Dad buying me a Kawasaki AR 50 brand new only seems like yesterday but it was 21 years ago and as I've just returned from my granddaughters 3rd birthday party today it's a timely reminder of how frighteningly quick time flies ! Refreshing to hear your boy is getting into a good trade as well bring on the private jobs .

Can I book your lad for a job when he finished training, got to be quicker than trying to get one around here. My middle son is/was a plumber he now lives his chosen lifestyle in the South of France.

The mates rates for a good plumber in these parts is £32 an hour.

It happens so quickly as you get a bit older.

Earlier this year Maz's daughter Jo came up to visit with her middle daughter and our first great grandson, Stanley, who was just 'toddling' by now. Charlie, his mum, said "Oh he loves dancing to rock music, put some on he, loves AC/DC" so I duly put an album on, "it's not loud enough" cried Jo and Charlie so I turned it up a bit (well a lot TBH)..................................Poor wee thing filled his nappy.

Its scary aint it? I've got a son of 29, a son of 33, two adult step children 50, and 51, and a 3 year old granddaughter. I clearly remember the step children at school and our two as babies and wonder where the time went, I just don't feel old enough to have children at those ages.
