Cycling going good thanks, I was out on my new road bike today, fantastic ride. I have not been out as much as I like due to having decorators round this past few weeks, however, they are finished now, so normal posting and normal cycling

I had wondered but having talked to you knew you were OK. That's what it's like really Jane, the bikes are always there but life has to go on as well. I've been putting a bit of drivel on here too whilst you've not been here.

I managed to mend a puncture and put the tyre back on on my own the other day. PS: don't tell everyone, I was watching U-Tube how to do it at the same time. My problem was seating the tube and tyre!!!
