And there was me trying to figure out how to while away the post work hours of Friday evening pre ride... when I realised that Wales v Ireland in the 6 nations is on at 8pm. So that's dinner in a pub nearby work, watching rugby and not giving in to the temptation of a few pints.

Have a good one enjoy J31 the McD's nearby is 24hr but that time of the morning only the Drive Thru is open and they frown on serving Cyclists.....I know...I've tried it.
