We had Spam at school, in batter. We looked forward to it. The chips that went with it were a different matter altogether; soggy and limp. But at least we always had treacle pudding to look forward to but it might not have been the same day.

I love spam fritters! Haven't had any for ages. It's nice chopped up in a fried rice / nasi goreng as well.

I've just added a can to my shopping list. All your fault, of course!

My daughter has just bought me a small can as a joke present (I was talking about it t'other day).
I can only think of frying it, perhaps with egg and chips.
Does anyone eat it as a norm' ?

Not as a norm but occasionally I enjoy a filthy spam sandwich; fried with mustard or ketchup, maybe once or twice a year.

I always keep a can in case we run out of bacon. I love it, don’t mind fried, grilled or air fried. I also happily snack on it straight out of the can. We buy the 200 gm, which does two meal. My eldest daughter also loves it.

I didnt have any last night as I just wasn't up to eating a meal.
