Yes thanks I have a pair,stopped using the MTB pedals a while ago though.I use the spd sl.Son is same size shoe as me though so he can have a go.If not I might revert back to them now and again myself.

Yes, but there's 2 types, but look almost similar.
Single release SH51 and multi release SH56.
