Specailized replacing my Wheels

I have just been to collect my rear wheel after the rear Alex A1 rim on my Sirrus Comp fell apart.

They have replaced both the front and the rear which is very good of them.

the replacement wheels is a Shimano WH-RS10

Are these any good?

nobody's listening in and yu have them exchanged now, just between the 2 of us, .. did one of the Alex rims have an 'incident' ? I thought they were fairly reliable sorts .. mine have 2000+ miles on them up to now......

No the wheel did not have any incidents.

The wheel was not tentioned correctly and every nipple on the drive side of the rear wheel had cracked or split at the rim.

I had clocked up 2000 miles in the 4 months i had them.

nobody's listening in and yu have them exchanged now, just between the 2 of us, .. did one of the Alex rims have an 'incident' ? I thought they were fairly reliable sorts .. mine have 2000+ miles on them up to now......
