Mine is reading them 'twas the night before Christmas at bedtime on Christmas eve after seeing the pantomime in town. The wife has videoed their faces every year to put into one mash up for when they are told old to have it for real.

We do have joint film nights though it has to be comedy to get everyone interested in watching, I do like it when we find something that we watch together as a family, the other night it was just some program on Christmas through the decades - had us all reminiscing and discussing the changes.

My Daughter and me,have started our Christmas film feast.Just finished watching Goodbye Mr Chips,b/w starring Robert Donat. As usual i cried during and at the end.Next showing double bill Saturday night, not sure which two, this is a special time for me i love it.

That is such a lovely film.

Well actually I've got two sons......

Same, our film time always involves car chases, explosions and machine guns. Although I did recently get the eldest (15) to sit and watch the Shawshank Redemption which he now won't stop talking about.
