ok went to get my peepers tested today not had them done for over a couple of years. Been noticing some things bothering me in day to day life however came away today in a bit of a whirl wind! What does my prescription mean ???

To be honest it was reading glasses and then varifocals got thrown into the conversation!! So not sure if I'm needing to be wearing glasses all the time or just for reading!! It's all bit rushed and now think I wished I'd went to my local opticians?

+1 reading glasses. Try some from any chemist or supermarket.

Looks similar to my test at the weekend ... your short sighted ie you need reading glasses.

Reading glasses are to correct near vision. If you are short sighted , you get a prescription with a negative - number to correct distance vision.
