Long term their methods have been proven not to be too effective.I'm joining a spin class this week. The coaches are highly recommended - two lads called Alastair Campbell and Peter Mandleson. Apparently they teach the Blair method of spinning.
Does @Milkfloat have oil?Be careful what you say, or I'll invade![]()
Both wet and dry, but no weapons of mass destruction, unless you count degreaser.Does @Milkfloat have oil?
That hasn't stopped others in the past! Both wet and dry, but no weapons of mass destruction, unless you count degreaser.
Might as well say 'what's the point of swimming in a swimming pool: go the the coast and swim there.'
FFS!
I walk. And how many of the participants drive to the spin classes???
Because they don't want to ride a bike on the roads. It's all rather simple, some people like gyms because it is controlled, convenient and they can do a fast workout encouraged by professional trainers in a short amount of time.well not really. I have a road outside my front door but the seaside is some way away (if you allow me to reject Bristol docks as a bit too dirty to swim in as I'm a bit of a lightweight)
I don't get griving to the gym to ride a stationary bike though
Get on a bike, ride it and stop getting worked up about people who like doing things differently to you ffsReally cant see the point , get on a bike and ride it ffs
