I absolutely love spinning and always work really hard. Yes, the music is loud and the disco lights are blaring but it is a fantastic work out.
Dear Points of View,And how many of the participants drive to the spin classes???
It might help more.I cycle because it helps my mental health as well as my physical health. Not sure if spin classes would have the same effect.
I'm not sure you've met my brain, but it prefers open fields, ickle baa lambs and silence to techno, bright lights and being shouted at by some gym bunny. It might help more.
You seem to have made your mind up on spin classes as being all the sameI'm not sure you've met my brain, but it prefers open fields, ickle baa lambs and silence to techno, bright lights and being shouted at by some gym bunny.
Nope, on gyms in general. I run on towpaths, I cycle on country roads and I walk up heather clad hillsides. Gyms are not for me. The idea of sweating for an hour without a proper view or a decent amount of fresh air and quiet at the end of it doesn't appeal. You seem to have made your mind up on spin classes as being all the same
