An average cadence in the 90s is not particularly unusual. I certainly wouldn't call it 'very high'.

I'm not that bothered about cadence. I just enjoy getting on my bike and riding.

agreed, if I feel like I can stretch it out speed wise with a slow RPM then I'm good.

I usually roll at 80-90 RPM at a guess
