Spoof post on Facebook - your thoughts?

There are some people posting that this should be removed from Facebook as it will influence drivers to run cyclists over.

Will it? Will it encourage drivers to run other drivers off the road?

Or is it just a comment so outlandish that majority of people will understand it as a joke?

Your thoughts?

Folk have been sent to jail recently for making similar comments on fb (as it incites violence, etc) but as its aimed towards cyclists if anybody official does notice, it'll be swept under the carpet.

Anyone taking her remarks seriously is probably beyond help.

I don't think too many people hang on the words of Facebook postings.

The problem is that this forum attracts cyclists.

I would like to think that it is a well balanced and constructive forum, but in many ways we stay because it has similar values and experiences to our own. However does it in some way reinforce those attitudes ?

The "I hate Hedgehogs" type of groups on FaceBook do this as the HEdgehog haters find people who stroke their egos and reinforce the atitudes and behaviour. All too Clarksonesque for me
