saves two bottles on the bike, just one needed with a tablet kept for a refill if required…

and in summer, on the commute, fill up a bidon with free vimto from the machine, and add a pinch of salt; makes it 'isotonic'…

I swear by SIS tabs in water.

As a hangover cure. Normally forget to put them in my bidons!
