A sports injury clinic will be able to assess you and recommend the appropriate course of action. They will also be able to provide this treatment.

Rob's suggestion is good. One drawback - depending on where you live, there might not be one close. e.g. there is not one anywhere close to me, AFAIK.
Alternative - try a good (ask friends/colleagues etc for recommendations) osteopath. Should be qualified and registered. Cannot recommend a good one highly enough.

My physio does sports massage. The sports massage bit is releasing the tight muscles etc.
I had a back issue recently and it was thoroughly inspected mobilised (spine/pelvis) and massaged, including areas related (glutes/hamstrings) Two visits and I'm back to normal. If I'd gone for a sports massage I doubt it would have made any difference to my back.
Find a good physio, they are worth their weight in gold, in my experience.
