The juxtapostion of your positive comment and your negative avatar is very odd.

I think the GB teams will win team of the year and Bolt will win overseas personality.

The individual award is a tough one to call. Murray, Wiggins, McIlroy, any number of Olympians and Paralympiians, Even Hamilton could still win the F1 championship.

What we can be certain of is that it wont go to a footballer, thank god. The year Ryan Giggs won was not good.

It all just seems like a bit of a fudge to me.

"We dont want to offend anyone as you have all been so good, so we wont award it this year."

Well in that case when there is a lack of suitable candidates we shouldn't award it either. (ie when Zara Phillips won)

I think it will go to one of the Paralympians this year. For the first time they have been elevated to the same level as mainstream sports and national heros and we have seen them give so much over the past couple of weeks. The trouble is which one because there were so many absolutely fabulous ones.
