Spotify Upgrade

Got this appearing at the top of the spotify page, if I click on it is it going to turn my free account into a pay only from which there is no return or will it just give me the latest free version?

From that, it looks like when you restart Spotify, it will upgrade anyway! I'm guessing that clicking it will force a restart.

I gave up with spotify after they introduced the limit of listening to a song 5 times then you have to pay.

I now use grooveshark, lastfm or WE7
