Lugged Peugeot with chrome fork (531 red decal) & half chromed chain/seat stays. Possibly an Aravis?
(If it's the full 531 Professional frameset, someone will be getting a brilliant road bike.)

Worth getting, just for the parts. My only query would be whether the forks and frame were a match originally.

They have the Peugeot emblem on so I reckon they are , the frame has been resprayed at some point prior to current ownership
