Can't see what they all are that easily however and I don't think they're anything but bottom end.

I think you mean most of 4 bikes!

Good afternoon,

Best wishes to your son's friend with his business.

As someone who won't sign up to Facebook or Instagram I can't usefully access this business's information. So he has quite probably unintentionally, everyone has a facebook account, chosen to exclude me as a customer.

He might not want me as a customer once he gets to know me:smile:, but given how cheap it is to get a hosted web site with a drag and drop website designer (Godaddy etc.) I wonder if it would be worth his time and money to get such a site.

Bye

Ian

Idling some time away in Chard, Somerset this morning, window shopping. The small bike shop, which seems to specialise in service and repairs of BSO's, has a few decent used frames hanging up near one of the windows, and amongst them two very nice Baines Flying Gate frame sets. I assume they are for sale. Lovely looking things. Next time I'm in Chard I'll make enquiries.

Spotted upstairs in a Newark antiques centre - a Brian Rourke fixie, previous owner was Sue Thompson

Looks to be in good order, although the seller told me there's a slight ripple on the top tube near the head tube. Can't see it from floor level!
Asking price is £200, but he's very much open to offers. I forgot to ask for his contact details, but phone and email details for the centre are online, and they seem a helpful bunch there. Almost worth a visit to see his UV lit display of uranium glass, upstairs and down.
