Somewhat bizarrely the hockey tournament on the original date for this ride was postponed due to the snow and has been rescheduled for next Sunday, so with regret I am going to have to declare myself out.

Have physio Tuesday for a back problem. Been OK on the bike for the last couple of days, (after a 5 day lay off), but taking one day at a time at the moment.

honestly don't mind postponing if people arent 100%. Its a long day in the saddle.

Would love to be ready for this but still wearing a neck brace at least until 30th so can't make this one
