I looking to fit one to my Claud Butler Stratos but they all seem to be for conventional bikes at 12inch length, anyone sourced a longer one?

Dahon used to make one, the Biologic IIRC. Try eBay for a used one, but it's probably a long shot...

Just got around to getting my electronic vernier on my CB Stratos saddle post, 30.46mm an odd size? Checked what was available on Ebay 7 came up with a number of various sizes (10) none of which exactly matched mine. So I chose the nearest size below, assuming my vernier could be out. However, the post is supplied with a sleeve sized to match, hopefully it will fit & I hope the sleeve has a collar to prevent it sliding down the post tube? Will report back when it arrives.
