The front brake on my steel touring bike is very loud. When I changed from 25c to 35c tyres it immediately got worse.
I have the blocks "toed in" a little which has helped in the past but they are still very loud.
I regullarilly go down a steep hill through a village where Im sure I'm not very popular :-)
I tried using sandpaper on the face of the blocks,it made little or no difference.
Any suggestion would be great.
