Squirrels : Enough is Enough

Ok there has become just to many of these things and they have become just to blaze about us humans that it is becoming unbareable. I am sick of having a reckless squirrel zig-zagging in front of my front wheel just because he cant be bothered to keep an eye on the cycle lane.
It seems to me that the government has to do something . Either genetically manipulate the squirrel dna to make them less bolshy or start a cull. £5 a head and every schoolboy with an air rifle would be on the case.

Squirrel kamakazes. Someone should find out squirrel psychology. Same problem here, and I live in a neighbourhood with tons of old growth oak trees. Ugh.

A farmer I knew used to get very upset if they strayed in front of his shotgun as it went off when he was after rabbits.

We have squirrel culls up in Northumberland (grey ones) in an attempt to preserve the red. I've tried squirrel... in a brandy and cream sauce , it was ok, a bit like very small chicken.
